Marci Carroll Psychotherapy endeavours to use the most secure technology available to store your data. I have implemented strict internal guidelines to ensure that your privacy is safeguarded as far as possible. However, no physical or electronic security system is entirely secure, and as such cannot guarantee the complete security of our database, nor can it be guaranteed that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. I will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies become available.

Mailerlite data storage centres are located in the European Union and have an information storage security certificate (ISO 27001), as well as the certificate of IT service management (ISO 20000).

The Calendly application is hosted on Kubernetes / Google Cloud Services (GCS). GCS' data centre operations have been accredited under: ISO 27001. SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II).
